Chapati Stir-Fry — a quick and satisfying Sindhi comfort dish — Serves 4
Ingredients
| Vegetable oil | 3 tbsp |
| Chappatis, ready-made | 5–6 |
| Tomatoes | 2 |
| Garlic | 1 clove |
| Green chillies | 2 |
| Red chilli powder | ½–1 tsp |
| Turmeric powder | ½ tsp |
| Coriander leaves for garnish | |
| Salt to taste |
Method
Heat oil in a pan. Fry chopped garlic and green chillies until fragrant. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix all the ingredients together. Add water and let it boil for a while.
Add chopped chappatis and cook until all the water is absorbed.
Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
