Melt the butter in a heavy bottomed saucepan. Add the vermicelli &
cook over low heat, stiring constantly (for 5-7 minutes). Add sugar &
water. Stir it gently. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 7-10 minutes or
till all the water is absorbed.
Serve hot garnished with dryfruits.
